It has many applications for many electronic devices. Bluetooth is a wireless connection that uses short radio waves to transmit data between computers and the Internet or cell phones and mobile networks, etc.

These radio frequencies are sent through the wireless device and transmitted to the recipient for example the Internet, then the device and the Internet “talk” to each other based on an agreed upon code and transmitting the information back to the wireless device. This eliminates the need for cables meaning no more plugging in to access your email, etc.

Several companies developed Bluetooth Technology, so that their products would be able to communicate together on a standard radio frequency. These companies have created on organization pushing the use of Bluetooth Technology in replacement of all cable requirements. This would mean we are truly a wireless world.
